All products sold by Made Intelligent LLC are digital. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share our materials with others — paid or unpaid.
All content on this site — including guides, templates, frameworks, copy, and design — is owned by Made Intelligent LLC. You may not reproduce or repurpose it without written permission. The frameworks inside our products are yours to use in your own work; the content itself stays ours.
Our products are educational tools. We share what's worked for us and our community — we can't guarantee specific results. Your outcome depends on how you use what we teach, your effort, your business, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made Intelligent LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page.
When you purchase or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site) through standard tools.
We use your information to deliver products you've purchased, send the newsletter you've opted into, and occasionally email you about new products or updates. We do not sell your data. Ever.
This site uses essential cookies to function and analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. No third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some site features may not work as a result.
We use Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for email and CRM, and standard analytics tools. Each has their own privacy policy. We only share data with these services to the extent needed to operate.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@madeintelligent.co. We'll respond within 30 days.
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you purchase a product, complete the first module, and don't find it valuable — reach out within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No long explanations needed. Just email hello@madeintelligent.co with your order details.
We ask that you actually try the product before requesting a refund — not because we're trying to make it hard, but because most refund requests we receive come from people who haven't opened what they bought. Give it a real shot. We think you'll be glad you did.
Refunds are not available after 14 days or after the full product has been accessed and downloaded. If you have a genuine extenuating circumstance, email us — we're human and we'll work with you.
Bundle refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If one product in a bundle isn't right for you, reach out and we'll find a fair solution.
