Your AI isn't weak. It just doesn't know your business.

Most tools are far more capable than the answers you are getting back. You ask a question, you get something that sounds fine, and it helps no one. You open social media to find out that the answer you got is almost identical to your competitor. Because it is answering for a generic business. Not for yours.

Here is what is actually happening. AI can only be as clear as the context you hand it. And what I found is that most founders have never written their business down in one place. It lives in their heads. It lives in scattered docs, in a pricing page that is half true, in the way you explain what you do a little differently every time someone asks.

So every time you open a new tool, you start from zero. You re-explain who you help. You re-describe the offer. You paste in the same background you pasted last week, worded slightly worse because you were tired. The tool does its best with fragments, and fragments give you fog.

Write your business down once. Hand it to any tool. Watch the fog turn into answers that actually sound like you.

The fix isn’t a better prompt or a smarter model. It’s a single source of truth — your offer, your audience, your voice, and your boundaries, written once and kept in one place. I put the exact template I use into a free download called the Business Context File.

Use AI intentionally.
Build what matters.
